How do I contact customer care?

Why can’t I sign in to my account?

If you can’t sign into your account, try the following.

  • Be sure you are inputting the correct email address.
  • Be sure you are inputting the correct password for your account.

If you can’t figure out your password, try the following.

  • While on the login screen click on the “lost your password” link at the bottom.
  • From there you will be taken to a page to input your email address.
  • One you input your email address go to your email account and look for a email that says something like Andis Closet password reset.
  • Once you reset your password come back to the Andi’s Closet login screen and input your new password with your email address.

Missing Products and Damages

What if I do not receive an item that I was charged for?

This rarely happens, as every item is scanned before shipping to keep mistakes at a minimum. However, in the occasion an error may occur, contact your Account Manager immediately. Please make sure to check the packing material and box, as smaller items can be easily missed while unpacking the order.

Order Information

How do I track my order?

Want to track your order? Tracking your order is simple. Go to your my account dashboard and click on the track my order tab.

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Once you’ve received the shipment confirmation, it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in your account.

Is my credit card secured?

Yes. We do not store any credit card info on our site. Instead upon check out you will be taken to either Paypal or Amazon Pay. I’m sure you will agree that those are two of the most trusted online payment sources. Once pay for your purchase you will be directed back to our

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment via Paypal and Amazon Pay

What if I need to add to an order I already submitted?

Our goal is to ship all orders received before 3:00pm EST. If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please call or email us immediately so we can make the necessary changes.

Some circumstances prevent us from making changes or cancelations, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancelations on orders that have already been submitted. We are unable to make changes to orders that have been closed or shipped.

Please note that changes made after an order is submitted may result in the delay of shipping.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once you complete the checkout process for your order.

Why are products removed from my Shopping Cart?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Products are not reserved until your order is submitted, as a result, may sell out while in your Shopping Bag. We suggest placing your order in a timely manner when you find the items you love.

NOTE: The items shown online are now a true representation of our inventory available. When an item sells out completely it is then taken off the website. Associates do not have access to any additional inventory than what is shown online.

Tracking & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Add qualifying item(s) totaling $100 USD* or more to your shopping bag and Standard Shipping & handling charges will automatically be deducted for eligible orders – no offer code required. If you choose an Express Shipping option, you will only be charged the upgrade cost.

Merchandise total must be $100 or more after any rewards (e.g., Coupons, Birthday Rewards, Reward Cards, etc.), offers, or promotions are applied. Shipping & Handling, taxes and gift cards do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.

Do you ship products discreetly?

All orders are shipped 100% discreetly using non-descript boxes with no identifying marks or branding.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes We Do.

However, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes with the ‘Free Shipping’ option, expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

How long after I place my order do you ship my product?

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) will be shipped within 3 business days.

Andi’s Closet currently offers shipping via USPS. We strive to provide the most secure and cost-effective options to our customers. The Shipping Options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States.

*Orders shipping to APO / DPO / FPO addresses will arrive within 21 business days thorough the U.S. Postal Service (Express Delivery is not available).

Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item is shipped. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order

In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.


If you forgot to apply an offer code for Free Shipping under $100 (when available), contact us right away.

Place your order by 3p EST (Mon-Fri) for 2 or 3 Business Day Express or by 1p EST (Mon-Fri) for Next Business Day Express and select your desired Express Delivery service for your in-stock items. Express Delivery require a physical address (no PO Boxes) and may vary depending on your zip code.

U.S. Territories: Express Delivery only available to the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. Express Delivery will arrive in 2-3 business days (Add $20 to Standard Shipping & Handling charge)

There is no Standard Shipping & Handling charge for Gift Cards delivered within the contiguous United States.

We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling charges, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we’ve shipped your merchandise. It’s a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.
